Neese Law Firm Client Communication Policy
We strongly believe that a major contributing factor to the success of a case is the strength of the attorney-client relationship. We also believe that an exceptional attorney-client relationship requires open channels of communication and mutual respect.
Our clients are encouraged to call us anytime they have questions. We also encourage our clients to email us because we are usually able to respond very quickly to emails.
There may be times when we are working on another case and therefore have to call you back. We usually return our phone calls on the same day. However, because we spend a lot of time in court and in depositions, we sometimes have to return phone calls during the evening hours. No matter what, every phone call is returned no later than 24 hours after we receive it.
The bottom line is that if you hire us as your attorneys, you should be able to get us on the phone. We are committed to staying in communication with our clients and to being available by telephone when you need us.
