John Neese recently earned Board Certification in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Only about 2% of Texas attorneys have this distinction. In order to become Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law, an attorney must: 

  • Be recommended by lawyers and judges familiar with the attorneys skills;
  • Demonstrate substantial trial experience in personal injury cases;
  • Regularly attend continuing education seminars to keep up to date; and
  • Pass a rigorous 6-hour written examination.
