John Neese is board certification in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Only about 2% of Texas attorneys have this distinction. In order to become Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law, an attorney must:
- Be recommended by lawyers and judges familiar with the attorneys skills;
- Demonstrate substantial trial experience in personal injury cases;
- Regularly attend continuing education seminars to keep up to date; and
- Pass a rigorous 6-hour written examination.
