Firm Background
After graduating from law school at the top of his class, John Neese began his career with a major downtown Houston defense firm, where he tried cases involving issues of commercial, construction, personal injury and real estate law. Four years later, he decided to devote his talents to representing personal injury victims. Neese was asked to join a prominent plaintiffs’ personal injury boutique where he represented seriously injured plaintiffs and families of those killed by the negligence of others.
After a decade of trying cases in state and federal courts around the country, Neese founded his firm in 2008. True to his background in civil and personal injury litigation, Neese represents both victims of catastrophic injuries as well as parties engaged in civil litigation matters.
“Whatever the case, when the stakes are high, it takes a combination of experience, focus, and stubborn determination to win,” says Neese. Never one to shy away from a tough or challenging case, Neese is known for aggressively pursuing those responsible for harming his clients and for leaving no stones left unturned along the way.
